Some new computers have RGB colour ordering (as opposed to BGR). This is a problem for OP when
rendering irregular frames (equivalently rectangular frames that are at an angle) and when doing
graduated fills.

New version renders these correctly.

New format RGB sprites are converted when rendered for the first time to old BGR format. In other words
the sprite you load may not be the same as the sprite you save from a document. The data remains unchanged
only the header and byte ordering are altered.
